There are a few reasons why you may want to add an email address to your group practice account:

  1. Give someone else the ability to edit your profile (e.g. give a practice manager the ability to edit your group practice page in addition to the practice owner)
  2. Send client referrals to multiple email addresses (e.g. send the client contact form submission to both the intake coordinator and the clinician who the referral is for)
  3. Give someone else the ability to see your referrals (e.g. you as the practice owner want to see how many referrals your clinicians have been receiving)
  4. Give someone else access to your billing information (e.g. give your intake coordinator the ability to change your credit card information)

We will answer each of these scenarios in this article!

1. Give someone else the ability to edit your profile

Example: Give a practice manager the ability to edit your group practice page in addition to the practice owner.

If you would like to give editing access to someone else (such as an intake coordinator or additional providers in your practice), please let our team know, and their user account will be created within 24 business hours.

Please note that the indicated email addresses will have access to view and edit all data related to the profiles you give them access to, and access referral contact information. Please be mindful of how you share access to your profile.

2. Send client referrals to multiple email addresses

Example: Send a contact form submission to both the intake coordinator and the clinician who the referral is for.

Currently, only one email address can receive referral emails from a given profile.

3. Give someone else the ability to see your referrals

Example: You have an intake coordinator who manages referrals for multiple providers within the practice

If you would like to give referral access to someone else (such as an intake coordinator or additional providers in your practice), please let our team know, and their user account will be created within 24 business hours.

Please note that the indicated email addresses will have access to view and edit all data related to the profiles you give them access to, and access referral contact information. Please be mindful of how you share access to your profile.

4. Give someone else access to your billing information

Example: Give your intake coordinator the ability to change your credit card information.

All plan details are associated with one email address, so it is not possible to give someone else access to your billing information or invoices.
