How can I access my photos?

You can easily download high-resolution copies of your Zencare photos directly from your Zencare profile! Just follow the steps outlined below: 

1. Open your Zencare profile link (you can either navigate directly to the link from your browser, or click "View Profile" from the Member's Portal):

 2. Click on the image you'd like to download:

3. Right click (control + click on a Mac) to find the "save image" location and download directly:

Please note that the image needs to be opened to its full size on your profile in order to save to your device as a high-resolution file. Clicking just the thumbnail of the image will save a lower resolution image.
