Please note: This only applies to group practice providers with multiple paid profiles on Zencare.

  1. Log into members.zencare.co.
  2. Click on your image in the top right corner of the page. 
  3. Click "Switch Profile" (note: you will only see "Switch Profile" as a dropdown option if you have multiple profiles)
  4. Select the profile you'd like to edit:
  5. The image on the top right should change to the new profile, and you should be able to navigate throughout the Members Portal as that provider.
