Note: If you are in a group practice and your practice owner pays for your membership, only they will have access to your profile's billing information.

  1. Log into the Members Portal.
  2. Click on your image in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select Plan Management from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Payment Methods section, and click on the "Update payment method" button.
  5. Select the "Use a new card" option below your previous credit card information. After entering your new payment details, hit the submit button.
  6. If your billing address has changed, make sure to update this information by scrolling down to the "Billing Address" section below and entering your new details. Once done, just remember to hit the save button!
