To cancel a phone consultation booked via Zencare, you can follow these steps!
1. Click the "Cancel" button in your consultation confirmation email. This will take you to the Consultations section within the Zencare client portal and prompt you to log in if you have not already.
2. Once logged in to the portal, click the red "Cancel consultation" button in the consultation details window.
3. Share a message with the provider if you'd like, and then click the "Cancel this consultation" button.
4. Both you and the therapist will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
