Schedules change! To edit or delete a recurring availability event on your phone consultation calendar, simply follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to the "Call Calendar" tab.

2. Click on the event on your calendar that you would like to modify.

To edit a recurring event:

A. Select "This instance" if you want to edit one single event. For example, if you are attending a webinar and need to shift your regular call times one hour later just for that day.

B. Select "All instances" if you want to change the recurring event. For example, if you book a new client and need to change your lunch hour to occur one hour later every week day. 

Input the new start and end time, and hit Save.

 

To delete a recurring event:

A. Select "Delete this instance" if you want to remove one single event. For example, if you are in an all-day workshop and can't offer calls during your regular time just that day.

B. Select "Delete recurring event" if you want to remove all future instances of this event. For example, if you are no longer going to be in the office on Friday, and need to remove all future recurring Friday call slots.
