To reschedule a phone consultation booked via Zencare, you can follow these steps!
1. Click the "Reschedule" button in your consultation confirmation email. This will take you to the Consultations section within the Zencare client portal and prompt you to log in if you have not already.
2. Once logged in to the portal, click the yellow "Reschedule consultation" button in the consultation details window.
3. Select a new time on the therapist's calendar. Share a message with the provider about rescheduling if you'd like, and then click the "Reschedule appointment" button.
4. Both you and the therapist will receive emails confirming the rescheduled appointment.
