The Zencare messaging tool allows clients to easily and securely connect with any Zencare therapist by simply visiting their profile and clicking the "Message Therapist" button.
This form asks a few basic questions and can help confirm early in the process that the selected provider(s) is licensed in the client's states and accepts the client's insurance (if applicable).
Clients also receive a follow up email 72 hours and 21 days after contacting a provider to ensure they were able to connect, and to gather feedback on their Zencare experience.
