The Zencare messaging tool allows clients to easily and securely connect with any Zencare therapist by simply visiting their profile and clicking the "Message" button.
In order to receive subsequent messages, clients will be prompted to create a free Zencare account upon their first contact. This form asks a few basic questions and can help confirm early in the process that the selected provider(s) is licensed in the client's states and accepts the client's insurance (if applicable).
After creating an account to submit the contact form, clients will be logged in to the Client Portal "Provider Messages" section. Each contact form submission creates a new thread with the messaged provider.
When you reply to the client, they will be notified by email. They'll also receive a reminder 24 hours later if the message has not yet been opened, to help you both connect!
Clients also receive a follow up email 72 hours and 21 days after contacting a provider to ensure they were able to connect with you and gather feedback on their Zencare experience. If they choose to optionally and anonymously leave a testimonial, you'll be notified by email and can manage testimonials here.
