If you are unable to get past a certain screen on the sign-up guide, we recommend that you:
1. Double-check to make sure all required fields all filled out and that there are no red messages indicating incomplete sections. And if helpful, just remember that you can always go back and edit any section before going live!
2. If you have completed all required sections on a screen and are still unable to progress to the next screen, try logging in to Zencare in a guest or incognito browser window.
