If you are unable to get past a certain screen on the sign-up guide, we recommend you:

1. Double-check to make sure all fields all filled out and that there are no red messages indicating incomplete sections (remember: you can go back and edit any section before going live!).

2. If you have completed all required sections on a screen and are still unable to progress to the next screen, try logging in to Zencare in a guest or incognito browser window
