1. Log into the Members Portal.
2. Navigate to the sidebar menu on the left side, and select the "Insurance & Fees" section.
3. Review your current settings. Any insurances that you are paneled with but not currently accepting new clients for should have "No" in turquoise toggled on. If you see that the insurance is still toggled on with "Yes," simply update to "No."
4. After you make these changes, your profile will automatically update to reflect your insurance status:
5. If you are still receiving inquiries about the insurance that you are marked as not accepting, we recommend adding a Custom note within the Locations & Hours section of your profile. To do so, navigate to the sidebar menu on the left side, and select the "Availability & Locations" section, then scroll down to the "Notices" section, clicking the "Edit" button.
6. In the text box, share pertinent insurance information for therapy-seekers, then click the submit button!
7. Your message will then appear on your profile within the Locations & Hours section.
