About the templates

When responding to a prospective client inquiry, you can either draft your own response or use one of two potential templates in the Zencare portal—both of which are designed to help you and the client efficiently connect on a consultation call :)

Scheduling template - use to schedule a phone consultation with a potential client

"Hi {Client name},

Thank you very much for reaching out and for your interest in working together. I'm looking forward to speaking with you and seeing how I may be of help.

I'd love to start with a phone consultation to learn more.

What times work for you in the coming days for a phone call?"

Confirmation template - use to confirm a phone consultation with a potential client

"Hi {Client name},

Thank you very much for reaching out and for your interest in working together. This is to confirm that I will be calling you at (000) 000-0000 at your requested time.

I'm looking forward to speaking with you then and seeing how I may be of help."

 

How to use the templates

1. Navigate to the "Client Messages" section under the "Client Referrals" sidebar option of the Zencare Members Portal.

2. Click on the name of the client to which you are responding. Then click the 3 green dots to the left of the area where you would type your message to respond to the client.

3. Select the template you would like to use (confirmation or scheduling) by clicking on it. 

4. Customize the template as needed. Then hit "Send"!


At this time, it is not possible to add additional custom templates or change the default messages. We are excited to offer this option in the future!
