What are my options for getting set up remotely?

There are many reasons to choose our convenient remote set up option! If you’re practicing social distancing, live in an area outside our in-person photography range, or simply prefer a remote shoot experience for any reason, we have you covered.

Getting set-up remotely:

Schedule a virtual photo/video shoot with a specially trained Zencare remote photographer! Please note that a tripod is required for the remote photoshoot, and is not provided by Zencare. In advance of the call, we'll send you a robust guide with instructions on how to prepare and what to expect.

You can then submit your video via email or WeTransfer to photos@zencare.co. Your photographer will submit your photos, and our editing team will take care of polishing your media and uploading it to your member portal within one week of receiving the files.
