Given the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, we are currently offering new members the option to set up their profile completely remotely via our remote set-up option (in addition to or instead of our in-person photoshoot options).
Getting set-up remotely:
Schedule a Zoom video call with a trained Zencare photographer who will coach you through how to take polished photos and videos with your smartphone. In advance of the call, we'll send you a tripod in the mail (yours to keep!), as well as a robust guide with instructions on how to prepare and what to expect.
You can then submit your video and photos by emailing photos@zencare.co for them to be promptly edited and uploaded to your profile.
