To ensure that both you and your clients have a positive phone consultation experience, the following call scheduling limits are automatically in-place on your phone consultation calendar:

  • Clients must book calls at least 15 hours in advance and up to 24 days in advance.
  • Only one call can be booked at a time
  • Each call is scheduled to last for 10min, with a 5min buffer before and after.
  • Both providers and clients can reschedule or cancel up until the time of the call
  • Providers can reschedule for any time; clients can only reschedule for times that are indicated as available on the call calendar
