To ensure that both you and your clients have a positive phone consultation experience, the following call scheduling limits are automatically in-place on your phone consultation calendar:
- Clients must book calls at least 15 hours in advance, and up to 24 days in advance.
- Only one call can be booked at a time
- Each call is scheduled to last for 10min, with a 5min buffer before and after.
- Both providers and therapy-seekers can reschedule or cancel up until the time of the call
- Providers can reschedule for any time; therapy-seekers can only reschedule for times that are indicated as available on the provider's call calendar
