In order to request a phone consultation with you, clients receive a confirmation email: 
To access messaging and respond, they'll need to set a password and log in to the Client Portal. 

After creating an account, clients can login to the Zencare client portal here to view upcoming or past phone consultations, and directly message providers:

After requesting a phone consultation, clients will also receive reminder emails 24hr and 1hr in advance of the call. If you reschedule/cancel the call or message the client, they'll be notified via email as well. 

Clients receive a follow-up email 1 day and 21 days after a phone consultation to ensure they were able to connect with you, and to gather feedback on their Zencare experience. If they choose to optionally and anonymously leave a testimonial for you, you'll be notified by email and can manage testimonials here.
