In order to request a phone consultation with you, clients must first create a free, secure Zencare account; they are prompted to create an account as the second step in phone consultation booking:

After creating an account, clients can login to the Zencare client portal here to view upcoming or past phone consultations, and directly message providers:

After requesting a phone consultation, clients will receive a confirmation email, as well as reminder emails 24hr and 1hr in advance of the call:

If you reschedule/cancel the call or message the client, they'll be notified via email as well. To access messaging, they'll need to log in to the Client Portal:

Clients also receive a follow up email 1 day and 21 days after a phone consultation to ensure they were able to connect with you and gather feedback on their Zencare experience. If they choose to optionally and anonymously leave a testimonial for you, you'll be notified by email and can manage testimonials here.
