In order to schedule a phone consultation via our booking tool, clients must create a free Zencare account, through which they can securely log in, view phone call appointment details, and directly message providers. This is required to minimize PHI sent via email.  

When clients request an initial phone call, they will be prompted to input their basic contact information and set a password.

Clients can then return to the Zencare site any time to log-in and manage their upcoming appointments.
