We encourage providers to complete their own profile for the sake of accuracy. However, we do offer professional statement writing for those who have selected the Premium setup option or opted to purchase the professional statement add-on! You can read more about our membership setup options here.
To help support you during the process of profile creation, we do provide unlimited support via email for all of our therapist members and encourage you to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns.
To receive support from our team, follow these steps:
1. Login to the Members Portal.
2. Navigate to the Contact Zencare section of the portal.
3. Select the topic from the dropdown menu that best fits what you are reaching out about (the most common is "I'd like support with my profile!") and then hit Submit.
