If you've enabled phone consultations via your profile, then clients have the option to schedule a free, 10-min phone call with you to learn more about your practice.
You will receive both a text message and an email alerting you that the call has been scheduled. The email includes details with the client's information (example screenshot below).
Please email or text the client to confirm, reschedule, or find a sooner time to connect. Please don't cancel or reschedule the call before communicating with the client. In case helpful, here are tips on how to ace the initial call.
If it doesn't work out, please refer the client back to Zencare.co, or let them know they can email firstname.lastname@example.org for personalized support from our team!
