1. Login to the Members Portal.
  2. Navigate to our Support section at the bottom of the side bar menu, click the drop-down button and select Contact Zencare.
  3. Your contact information will autofill within the form, and you'll be prompted to select a topic. Choose "I have a question about changing my subscription/membership" from the dropdown menu. Share details about your cancellation request within the Message portion of the form, and click "Submit."
  4. Our Zencare Support team will be happy to connect with you and are available to help Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You can expect a response within 24 business hours of receiving your inquiry during those windows. :)
