- Login to the Members Portal.
- Navigate to our Support section at the bottom of the side bar menu, click the drop-down button and select Contact Zencare.
- Your contact information will autofill within the form, and you'll be prompted to select a topic. Choose "I have a question about changing my subscription/membership" from the dropdown menu. Share details about your cancellation request within the Message portion of the form, and click "Submit."
- Our Zencare Support team will be happy to connect with you and are available to help Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You can expect a response within 24 business hours of receiving your inquiry during those windows. :)
