How do I upgrade my Private Pay Booster account?

All Zencare users can access the Private Pay Booster Basic plan for free! If you have your basic plan set up already and are interested in more benefits, here are the steps to upgrade to the Professional or Premium tiers:

1. Log into the Zencare Members portal. 

2. Click on your image in the top right corner of the page and select Plan Management.

3. Under Active Memberships, click “Upgrade Private Pay Booster.” 

4. Review your plan details, selecting the add-on tier that makes the most sense for your practice. Note: for 2 Verifications of Benefits (VOBs) per month, select “Professional.” For unlimited VOBs and concierge claims filing for clients, select “Premium.” You can always explore more features here!

5. Return to your dashboard and click on "Log into Private Pay Booster."
