Hushmail issues: I can’t read my emails from Zencare or they have weird formatting. How can I fix this?

If you are having issues reading emails from Zencare, we recommend walking through the following steps to update your Hushmail preferences to better support Zencare email formatting:

1. In your Hushmail inbox, click the top right menu and click 'Preferences.'

2. Click the 'Reading' tab. 

3. Click the 'Colors & Formatting setting.'

4. Toggle off 'Show images, colors and formatting' and click 'Save.'

5. Once you’ve done this and open the email, you should be able to see a plain text version of the email.
