You will receive a notification email when a prospective client requests a phone consultation with you. There are also two places you can always refer back to in the Zencare members portal to view and keep track of upcoming phone consultation appointments:

1. On your Dashboard. Your upcoming phone consultations will show-up first thing when you log in!

2. On the "Calendar" tab. You can find a list of upcoming phone consultations, as well as past and canceled calls on the calendar tab.
