Unused time will appear on an invoice when you add or remove a subscription add-on in the middle of a billing cycle, or if a group practice adds or removes new profiles (seats) in the middle of a billing cycle. It's prorated time that is put toward your next payment!
For example, if you sign up and start your membership on the 1st of the month, then add Zencare Practice Management to your membership on the 15th, your next invoice on the 1st will show the full amount for your marketing membership, plus the prorated amount for your practice management add-on, from the 15th to the last date of the month. After that, your monthly invoices on the 1st of the month will show the total amount for both marketing and practice management.
Similarly, if you remove practice management, your next invoice will show a prorated amount that only charges you for the time you had it.
This allows you to have one monthly payment, on the same date each month. The only time you will see multiple charges in a single month is if you purchase a one-time product, like Professional Copywriting, or a photo/video shoot, or if you purchase an additional profile seat and are charged a setup fee.
